Does ERES save records of my Evaluation and Documents? Or How long would my evaluation report be valid?
Applicant hereby authorizes ERES to retain all documents submitted in connection with an Application for a period of up to five (5) years. You may apply for additional copies within this period. If Applicant wishes to withdraw such authorization, Applicant may so notify ERES in writing, in which case ERES shall destroy all such documents and records (including evaluation reports) with respect to such Applicant.

How do I apply for an additional official report?
If you have an ERES online account, you may click on “Order Extra Copies” for your existing valid application. Alternatively, you can download and use our ● Additional Copy Form.

Can I get a copy of my academic records from ERES?
-
Can I get my result before I apply for the evaluation?
Yes, you may request a pre-evaluation (originals are not required, and we can work with clear scan copies) before you even start applying the official evaluation. However, the result can only be used as a reference and official evaluation result is not guaranteed to be the same since the authenticity is not verified in a pre-evaluation. Pre-evaluation fee paid can’t be deducted towards any official evaluations.
