- Quality. Our evaluations are approved by secondary schools, colleges,
universities, government offices, and employers because we are thorough
and reliable. As a member of the National Association of Credential
Evaluation Services (NACES), we stand behind our certification of your educational experiences.
You can count on us to determine the highest level of educational equivalency
for which you are qualified, and this will help you get the placement
you want. All of our evaluators have many years of experience, and they
use our extensive international resource library to accurately evaluate
your education. Our translations are certified to be accurate.
- Low cost. The evaluation or translation you receive is good for life--it is a one-time cost.
Instead of many small charges for various services, there is only one charge for a normal evaluation,
whether you completed the equivalent of high school, college, university, or postgraduate studies.
You get a complete report, including the status of the school you attended, a description of the
program you completed, a description of the documents you submitted, and other information to help
the reader understand the full importance of your studies--all for one low price. We carefully state
the basis for our conclusions in detail. You may also request a course listing showing the U.S.
equivalent of the grades and level of all the courses you have completed-again, for
one low price. If you need an important document translated into English, we are offering a special
low-price introductory rate for our translation service. Compare our fee schedule.
- Quick response. For normal evaluations we return your completed evaluation within 10 to 15 working
days. We can give you rush service at a cost to you that is lower than other evaluation agencies.

- Personal attention. When you call ERES between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) Monday through
Friday, you get a live person who knows the business and can respond to questions about the status of your
evaluation or translation. If you call at other times and leave your name and number, we will return your
call. We can arrange for you to talk with one of our professional evaluators and discuss your educational
background. For a nominal fee you can have a half-hour appointment to discuss your situation in person at
our office. Our fee is lower than that of other agencies. We can arrange for you to talk with someone in our
office in your native language.
- Permanent records. You can request a copy of your evaluation at any time up to seven years for a
small fee, and there is no additional charge for handling and mailing. Our evaluations are based on the
most current and dependable information available to our professional staff at time the evaluation is
prepared. If you wish to request changes based on new documents or new information you have, we will
advise you of the charge.
- Official reports. We will send you, or any one you designate an official copy of your
evaluation report or translation with our signatures and embossed seal to ensure its authenticity.
If required, we will print the report on security paper that cannot be altered or copied. Your
official evaluation comes in a separate sealed envelope that you can present to the agency or institution
to which you are applying. You will also receive an unofficial copy for your own records, or for a
small additional fee we will provide you with as many copies of the evaluation as you wish.
- Location. Since we are located in Sacramento, we have access to all the state licensing offices
and many other agencies that require an education evaluation. You can take care of your license
requirements and your educational equivalence in one trip to Sacramento. We can assist you with
directions to the other offices.
