Payment must be made together with the application by check, money order, cashier's check
(drawn on a U.S. bank, payable to ERES), Visa/MasterCard, or in cash. If you use a credit card, give the
following at the bottom of the application:
- Name of cardholder;
- type of card;
- card number;
- expiration date; and
- the total amount to be charged.
If you send a personal check, the evaluation will be delayed for seven days. Penalty for
checks returned for non-sufficient funds is $25. FOR RUSH SERVICE (H OR I),
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY MONEY ORDER, CASHIER'S CHECK OR IN CASH.
Please note: If your documents have been altered or misrepresent your records, no refund
will be made and the documents will not be returned to you. We will advise other evaluation agencies
regarding the status of your documents.
