On your application, please circle the letter of each service you are requesting. If you wish rush service (R5, R2, R1 or Rs), we will return your evaluation by courier. Your documents will be returned separately by certified mail. All fees are subject to change without notice.

Basic Evaluation Services

H	High school grade level placement, including course list	$170
U	General evaluation of high school and/or all college/university levels up to, and including, the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree	$195
C	Course List - A list of your subjects/courses, the U.S. equivalent semester units of credit, and grades. (This is only issued with a General Evaluation). Note: Transcripts with over 60 courses require additional payment: Ranging from $30 to $100.	$100
G	Grade Point Average (GPA) in addition to a general evaluation	$50
Q	Personal Consultation (30-min., by appointment)	$35

Translation and Verification Services

Rush Service (Pay Total with Cash or Money Order)

R5	Five-Day Rush Service Fee: Evaluation is ready to pick up or be mailed in Five business days after receipt of complete application. Entire amount has to be paid by cash, money order or cashiers check only.	$85

Certified Priority or Overnight Mailing Service

M1	Certified Priority Mail Fee-($15) Applies for each address: Such as: when documents & report are mailed to same address fee is $15; when documents & report are sent (separately) to different addresses fee is $30 (2 x M1), etc.	$15

Extra Copies, Revision, Cancellations

E1	An Additional Official Copy of your evaluation requested after the initial application	$30

Payment must be made together with the application by check, money order, cashier's check (drawn on a U.S. bank, payable to ERES), Visa/Master Card/Discover/AMX, or in cash. If you use a credit card, give the following at the bottom of the application:

Name of cardholder;
type of card;
card number;
expiration date;
3 Digit security code on back of card;
the total amount to be charged; and
Card Holder's Signature

If you send a personal check, the evaluation will be delayed for seven days. Penalty for checks returned for non-sufficient funds is $25. FOR RUSH SERVICE (R5, R2, R1 or Rs), PAYMENT FOR ALL SERVICES MUST BE MADE BY MONEY ORDER, CASHIER'S CHECK OR IN CASH.

Please note: If your documents have been altered or misrepresent your records, no refund will be made and the documents will not be returned to you. We will advise other evaluation agencies regarding the status of your documents.
